A nurse by trade, Dr. Brenda Parks embodies service leadership mixed with a natural knack for teaching as she raises the public profile on the importance of healthy living.
Throughout her professional nursing career, she has seen the impact of poor health choices. Upon completing her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Promotion and Prevention, Dr. Brenda knew her calling was enormous, and her ability to impact was more significant. She now uses her knowledge to own and operate The Power of B12 in Sunrise ans Pembroke Pines, FL and teach the next generation of healthcare providers and entrepreneurs. Dr. Brenda uses her position and platform to empower these healthcare professionals to reach their patients with healthy truths.
From IV Hydration to medically supported weight loss, body contouring to vitamin infusions, and beyond, Dr. Brenda’s Power of B12 platform creates the opportunity and tools for attainable health.

Recognized as an industry leader in Wellness and natural medicine, Brenda is a Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree.
Her career began in 1986. Since that time, she has logged over thirty years of experience in various patient care areas, including primary care, urgent care, OB/GYN, and detox centers. Besides her extensive clinical experience, Brenda also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Bachelors of Nursing program at Broward College in Broward County, Florida.
For many years, Brenda observed the importance of practitioners promptly addressing conditions like the flu, food poisoning, and other wellness issues promptly and effectively for busy, on-the-go clients. Addressing these needs and more, she founded The Power of B12. This wellness clinic offers concierge services specializing in weight loss preventative and curative practices through nutritional counseling, IV Hydration, and oral and injectable supplement regimens. Coupled with professional knowledge, Brenda offers real-life solutions on holistic wellness, allowing her to share from a place of experience and authenticity in everything she teaches. Her passion for educating and teaching others is shown through her intensives and workshops she facilitates at various organizations, businesses, and events throughout the country.
Brenda brings warmth and Southern charm beyond her brand as she connects her community through knowledge, experience, and inspiration. She truly understands the importance of establishing optimal health and counts it a privilege to be the change agent who ushers in new freedom and welcomes change that her clients and their families need.
